What We Believe

The Holy Scriptures; The Bible
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired Word of God. They are the final authority for faith and life, inerrant in the original writings, infallible, and God-breathed.

The Trinity
We believe in the Trinity; that God eternally exists in three equal but distinct persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Person and Work of Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, that He was born of a virgin and died on the cross as a substitutionary payment for the sins of all mankind. He was physically resurrected from the dead and ascended into Heaven, where, He is exalted at the Father's right hand.

The Salvation of Man
We believe that salvation can not be earned by man's good works but, it is the free gift of God received only by personal trust in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins.

The Eternal Security and Assurance of the Believer
We believe that once a person receives God's gift of salvation, he is kept secure forever by God's power.

The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit
We believe that it is the privilege of every believer to be indwelt by the Holy Spirit; and the obligation of every believer to walk according to the Spirit's leading in order to please God and fulfill His purpose for our life.

The Church
We believe God has established the church to encourage and build up believers in their faith, to equip them to serve and minister to others, and to prepare them to share their faith with unbelievers.

The Devil; Satan
We believe there is a real and personal Devil. He is God's adversary who, along with his demons, seeks to undermine God's work in this world and deceive mankind. At God's predetermined time, he and his demons will be cast into the lake of fire to be eternally punished.

The Second Coming of Christ
We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ for His church, followed by a period of tribulation on the earth culminating in the bodily return of Jesus Christ to establish a thousand year reign on earth.

The Eternal State of Man
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all mankind. Those who have believed in Christ will spend eternity with God in heaven and those who have rejected Christ will be judged and cast into the lake of fire to be eternally punished.
