Stan Szelkowski - Senior Pastor
Pastor Stan came to Marr in 1992. He and his wife Peggy have three grown children. Pastor Stan’s desire is that Marr would be a place where people experience the love of God in a “family atmosphere.” His goal is that those who are part of this church family would grow to spiritual maturity in their relationships with God and one another.
Joe Fraizer - Pastor
Pastor Joe was ordained by Marr Community Bible Church in 2001. He and his wife Maggie have three grown children and eight grandchildren. Pastor Joe has a real heart for God and for God's people. As well as being a member of the Worship Team, Pastor Joe leads our Prayer Team and our Welcome Team.
Al Shear - Pastor
Pastor Al was ordained by Marr Community Bible Church in 2002. He and his wife Connie have two children. Pastor Al has a deep passion for God. He is gifted musically and heads up our Worship Team. Pastor Al has worked diligently to develop an uplifting and God honoring worship experience in our Sunday morning services.
Mike Henry - Directory of Outreach Ministries
Mike is the newest member of our ministry team. He came to Marr in 2009. He and his wife Karen have four children. He is gifted in drama and music. Mike has a true passion to reach people from all walks of life with the good news of Jesus Christ. He heads up our Drama ministry as well as our church outreach to the community.
Connie Shear - Director of Fellowship
Connie is the consummate hostess. She enjoys planning fellowships that encourage relationship building. She is always actively thinking of new ideas. Whatever the theme, be it a Mexican Fiesta, a Road Rally, Spud Works, or something else, these fellowships are great opportunities to get to know others while building relationships.
Terry Fifer - Director of Adult Ministries
Terry and his wife Brenda are long time members at Marr. Terry has served in several leadership capacities over the years. Currently, as our Director of Adult Ministries, he oversees our Life Group ministry, our Life Skills classes, and our Financial Teaching and Counseling ministry.
Brian and Amber Kaitner - Teen Ministry Leaders
Brian and Amber have been part of the Marr family for a number of years and have one son. They have a unique ability to connect with teens and a real desire to see them grow in their faith. Through their ministry they continually challenge the teens at Marr to live for God and reach out to their friends.
Tami Bock - Director of Children's Ministries
Tami and her husband Dave have been at Marr since 2006. They have three children. Tami oversees our children’s ministries which include Sunday School, Children’s Church, Kid’s Choir, and AWANA. Tami is a very capable organizer and has a genuine heart for kids.
Sue Dolin - Secretary
Sue and her husband Jim have been part of the Marr family since the early 1990’s and have two grown children and six grandchildren. Sue has served in the capacity of secretary since 1996. In addition to working at Marr, she also works at Hunters Ridge golf course.
Peggy Szelkowski - Secretary
In addition to being Pastor Stan’s wife, Peggy has served the church in the capacity of secretary since 1994. In addition to working at Marr, she also works at the Fowlerville Community Schools. Over the years Peggy has also been active in several children’s ministries and directed numerous children’s musicals.
